Good for the Heart

Good for the Heart. Did you know that being among the trees can lower your blood pressure, and bring a sense of peace within you. I  feel it every time I paint in the woods . 

Although I am primarily a Pastel Painter, I have been working in Oil lately and this painting is a recent one  of a few I have finished. I do love working in oil, although the drying time is something I’m not used to.  I think will be worth it though. 

This piece is canvas, framed beautifully in Birch Wood with a two inch depth.
